EJA530A-EBS4N-07DN/NF1 Absolute Pressure Transmitter

EJA530A-EBS4N-07DN/NF1 Absolute Pressure Transmitter and the EJA510A Pressure Transmitter are the latest products launched by Yokogawa Electric Corporation of Japan.
They are the first to adopt digital sensors—single-crystal silicon resonant sensors.
The sensor outputs a pair of differential digital signals, directly eliminating external interference at the sensor part,
ushering in a new era for transmitters. The products offer higher accuracy (±0.075%), greater stability, and reliability.
Since their introduction to the market, they have been highly praised by various sectors.

Negligible Static Pressure Influence:
When static pressure (working pressure) is applied, two resonating beams with identical shape, size, and material deform equally,
resulting in consistent frequency changes, thus automatically canceling deviations (similar to temperature influence in formula and diagram).
Excellent Unidirectional Overpressure Characteristics:
Using an original corrugation processing technology for the wetted diaphragm and the capsule body, when external pressure increases to a certain value,
the wetted diaphragm fully contacts the body, and the pressure transmitted by the silicone oil to the sensor no longer increases with external force,
thereby protecting the sensor. (Figure 4) and (Figure 5) show the overpressure characteristics of EJA.


I. Product Overview
The EJA530A-EBS4N-07DN/NF1 Absolute Pressure Transmitter and EJA510A Pressure Transmitter are used to measure the pressure of gases, liquids, and steam,
then convert it into a 4-20 mA DC current signal output.
EJA510A and EJA530A can also communicate with each other via BRAIN handheld communicators, CENTUM CS/μXL, or
HART 275 handheld communicators, allowing configuration, monitoring, and other operations through them.
